Terms and Conditions 

The information below covers the terms and conditions for Shanin Renee, Art Dealer (SHANINRENEE LLC). If you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions, please contact us at 518-331-0330 before you place an order.

1.  All art orders received by Shanin Renee from the website are subject to availability of artworks at the time of receipt and acceptance of order.

2.  Acceptance of orders by Shanin Renee for artworks are subject to clearance of funds and, where applicable, authorization of debit and/or credit card details. Shanin Renee reserves the right to sell artwork to other parties until such funds are received.

3.  Clients buying artwork from Shanin Renee accept responsibility for any taxation or charges levied in respect of importation of artworks they have ordered.

4.  Copyright in all images and artworks purchased or featured on Shanin Renee website vests in the artists and gallery and in no case may any party reproduce such images.

5.  Art purchases will be processed in US Dollars and, where applicable, at the prevailing rate of exchange operated by our clearing merchant bank. In the event Shanin Renee provides approximate conversion rate information in foreign currency, this shall be for general guidance only. 

6.  In the event any credit or debit card used by a client to purchase artwork has been used without relevant authority or otherwise improperly used, the client shall be obliged to return artworks forthwith.

7.  Clients warrant that they have authority to make art purchases from Shanin Renee in their own name and are 15 years of age or over. 

8.  Returns of artworks: All sales are final whether purchased through Shanin Renee website or in person. At the discretion of gallery management, an art piece may be exchanged for another available piece of equal or greater value.

9.  Prices and charges: All advertised prices do not include US taxes and are based on collection of artworks from Shanin Renee. Applicable tax is added a point of purchase. 

Clients who require artworks to be delivered locally will be subject to an additional charge to cover packing, transportation, and insurance. 

Shanin Renee welcomes payment by all major credit cards, cleared check, or cash.

10.  Privacy: Shanin Renee treats all your Personal Information as confidential (although we reserve the right to disclose this information in the circumstances set out below). 

When you purchase from Shanin Renee, we will ask for Personal Information from you such as your name, email address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, artwork selections, payment card, or other payment information. Shanin Renee confirms that any Personal Information provided by clients will be used only for the following purposes: 

·  Processing orders for art purchases

·  For gallery statistical or survey purposes to improve our website and its services to clients

·  To notify clients of artworks and art promotions that may be of interest

·  Pertinent Personal Information may be disclosed only to other businesses and to reputable third parties such as delivery companies who will help process your order

o  Shanin Renee requires all such third parties to treat your personal information as fully confidential

o  We will not release your Personal Information to any company outside of the Shanin Renee for mailing or marketing purposes
